Electroluminescence products (EL) - Superthin, Unique, Spectacular

The basis of the Electroluminescence technology is that small phosphor molecules convert the electric current into light. This process occurs without any heat production. Created with this technology, the electroluminescense lighting panel's characteristics are the low energy consumption, the long lifetime, the extra thinness and ductility. (The electroluminescence lighting panel created with this technology has the characteristics of low energy consumption, long lifetime, extra thickness and ductility. )Therefore it can be used excellently to UNIQUE advertising purposes. The light emission is completely homogeneous and broadcasts on one frequency so it can be seen in great distance too. The EL-panel requires an inverter which converts the 220V 50Hz current to 100V 400Hz and an animator which contains the animation script.

Due to the manufacturing process, the EL products represent a higher price range compared to LED lighting. Therefore we specifically recommend this to support medium and long term advertising campaigns or for strengthening the brand image.

Project Implementation

• Step one - Creating animation alternatives: Based on the picture sent by the client (multiple variation)
• Step two – Product customization: size, form, animation
• Step three – Manufacturing the prototype: For this we need a 300 dpi resolution picture and exact PANTONE color code. 2 samples are produced which will be delivered to the customer for approval.
• Step four – Project implementation: The production time is 2 weeks for less than 10 m2, 3 weeks for 10 to 50 m2. Above this, the time increases proportionally with the size.
• Step five – Delivery: All of our EL products are delivered with the inverter and the animator together.

Guarantee: 6 months for indoor use, 3 months for outdoor use.

Note: The lifetime is 5,000 hours in the case of constant lighting – 8,000 to 10,000 hours in the case of animation. The end of the lifetime means the maximum of 50% loss of the original light intensity.
